Air Med assisted in locating the patient.
Life Flight hoisted the patient.
The Sheriffs Office also assisted in the rescue.
Aug. 2, 2008- A hiker fell from a ledge at Lake Mary and fractured his ankle. It was a 60 min. hike both ways so we decided to have Life Flight hoist him out. You can see the Paramedic on the side of the helicopter in some of the photos. We were at the scene for over six hours.
